Germany ends up with the most combined medals with 54 (23 gold). Russia are next with 53 (15 gold). The United States arrive in third with 50 (13 gold).
Canada, for its part, enjoys 47 total medals. Moreover, they led all nations with 24 gold medals. Interestingly, eight of Canada’s 10 paralympic gold medals came from two people: Brian McKeever with three and Lauren Woolstencroft who won a whopping five gold medals.
