Inter Milan’s stunning mediocrity in Champions League play has not abated as they fell before Barcelona 2-0 today. Following three under whelming draws and a victory that can only be described as fortunate, the nerazzurri have yet to figure out a winning formula for Europe’s most prestigious tournament.
Unlike their hated rivals from AC Milan, Inter [...]

And so another season came to a close in Serie A in what turned out to be an exciting campaign in Italy despite all the controversy in recent years. Let’s recall that the Renaissance was born into and bequeathed a brilliant cultural and historical legacy amidst much political chaos. It’s the Italian way.
While the Scudetto [...]

After the first leg in Champions League round of 16 play, EPL teams came away with three wins a draw. Arsenal edged out Roma 1-0 thanks to a Robin von Persie penalty [...]

This evening’s 270th Milan derby gives me a tingle of excitement. Few cities can boast one, let alone two illustrious clubs who entrenched themselves consistently in the top flight of their domestic league.
Though AC Milan enjoy a better record in Europe with 7 Champions League titles and four world titles, it [...]

If Manchester United are in the grip of an injury crisis, they are not showing it. The Red Devils were rampant in a masterful 5-0 thrashing of West Bromich Albion on Tuesday and moved two points clear of Liverpool who failed to destroy Wigan. Dimitar Berbatov, Carlos Tevez and Cristiano Ronaldo [...]

Is it me or does Inter leave you wanting more? Each time I watch Inter, I can’t figure out what the game plan is. It feels like they’re a team that succeeds by winging games.
So my perception goes.
Put it to you another way. You more or less know what you’re going to get with [...]

Inter’s rivals Juventus look good in Champions League and Serie A.
At this point, given their play in La Liga and Champions League form, Barcelona have to be considered the early favorites to win and are poised to win their third Champions League title.
Defending champions Manchester United are in the mix as well. It’s hard to [...]

With Serie A titles under their belt, this year the neroazzurri wanted to win Champions League.
Jose Mourinho is supposed to be the key missing ingredient to help them achieve this goal.
However, so far in the competition they’ve underwhelmed and underachieved despite qualifying for the next round. There’s no reason why Inter should have not won [...]
